Overseas compatriot students who have lived overseas continually since birth or have lived overseas continually for the last 6 years or more and have obtained permanent residency or long-term residence certificate.

If you do not meet the above requirements when registering for this Program, you must strengthen your Mandarin proficiency through the following Mandarin learning channels after admission and before the end of the first school year, and do at least 240 hours of study.
