1.Registration time:Myanmar region: from November 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025.
Other regions: from November 1, 2025 to January 15, 2026.
2.Registration method: Please first go to the registration website to log in your basic personal information, upload digital copies of the following documents and fill in your application, then print out each application form and prepare the following documents and then submit an application to overseas Taiwan government agencies, OCAC Culture Centers or the recommending units designated by the OCAC to complete the registration process.
